A Poem For the CPC

The CPC has put out its first Justin Trudeau attack ad.  It's got the out-of-context imagery, old quotes, sardonic narration and comical music one expects from an ad like this. 

 

Meaning, it's kinda cookie-cutter.  With all the innovative tools, all the fresh quotes,countless staff and massive funds the Tories had to play with - this is the best they could do.

 

I feel a bit sorry for them.  In empathy with their plight for the next couple of years, I dedicate this poem to Team Harper:

 

I'm only laughing on the outside.

My smile is just skin deep.

If you could see inside

I'm really crying, you might join me for a weep.
